Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 500 contacts, 1,000 emails a month and 100 automation emails a month, with no credit card required. Above that, paid plans are priced by the number of contacts, from $15 a month.
Can I import contacts from another tool?
Yes. Upload a CSV from Contacts, then Import, or bring contacts over from Klaviyo or Mailchimp on the Migrate page. See the "Import your contacts" guide above for the steps.
Can I check an email before it goes out?
Yes. The last step of every campaign has a "Send yourself a test" box that delivers the exact email to your own inbox, and a checklist that has to be complete before Send Now works.
Will people who unsubscribed get my emails?
No. Every send skips contacts who unsubscribed or are on your suppression list, for campaigns and automations alike.
How do I reach support?
