Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 500 contacts, 1,000 emails per month, the AI editor, and the smart inbox — no credit card required.
Can I import contacts from another tool?
Yes. You can import contacts from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a CSV from the migration screen. Most imports take just a few minutes.
Does AI ever send email without me?
Only if you explicitly turn on auto-approve rules for low-risk responses. By default, every AI draft waits for your review and approval.
